Jump from my bed after i realised that i overslept! My Hp alarm never ring..... cos i set the wrong alarm..... Arhhh!! Immediately, go washed up and took a cab heading to Bedok. Although im clueless, yet that something in my heart that i know is You. There are things that i don wanna know n hear..... im so afraid... so afraid but i know it will happen. Im at Your mercy, Lord.

I would want to train players wif my heart n soul, yet i ask myself... How many of them will be faithful n loyal??? Will stay wif me where i go?? I was once a player, i understand how as a player feel.. yes i know, im not an idiot, i can sense it, i can feel it, i can see! I can feel how u feel....... im not a heartless person..

The most hurting n yet cruel thing is that player turn back on u.... Yes coach, i know how u felt previously, so hurting... so painful. I saw u reading the letter n u were in tears... i always rem that moment, i will nv ever forget! You are my most respected coach i ever had. I am bless to have u as a coach.

Lord, prepare me as this day come that i will be ready to accept. I will not be surprised. Strengthen me, Lord, im at Your mercy... May Your grace be upon me. Take me, lead me n guide me always! Thank God, finally im back to myself! U know wat i mean... yeah my Lord! I had been struggling, hiaz.. haiz.. fatique n restlessness in me. My mind wanna move but my body simply wont move! Arhhh.. Yes, i finally kick my butt & do my usual work out. Oh yes, i need to eat healthy cos i had been eating unhealthy food.

After exercising, i realised that exercise really made me feel better. Makes me feel alive!!! Im alive!
haha... yes, i love it! The aching feeeling n the pain when exercise or work out, yeah lotsa of work done, hehe.. i like it!!!

I cherished the days when i was in dragon boat. Although was tough n so shack out, yet im fitter n clothes that i wore made it tighter. As well as neck n shoulder aching like mad!!! Ha, that the price for it, Think back was crazy n nuts! Lord, i can do all things thru Christ! Thank You for sustaining n establishing me always.

Lord, it been a struggle for me these few days. I believe there are going to be trial & things coming my way... Lord, i beg the blood of Jesus to be upon me, to protect n shield me. Excitement cannot live in a mind filled with destructive, dull and unhealthy ideas. To transform your life you have to transform your thoughts. Many times, in fact most of the time, this requires an emptying before there is a filling.

I have disciplined myself to practice this procedure daily. This daily process begins by ridding your mind of gloomy, negative and self-defeating thoughts. Remove from your mind all ill will, resentments and uncharitable attitudes. Unhealthy thoughts can make you unhealthy. Thoughts of defeat will defeat you. Once this is done, begin to pass through your mind thoughts of enthusiasm, vitality, energy and life.

The use of positive and exciting life-filled affirmations will commit you to a positive and exciting life.

Practice the removal of those negative thoughts. Right now get rid of all self-defeating thoughts and choose to fill them with thoughts of joy, peace and radiant hope.

No matter how gd we might think our choices have been, eventually we will face challenges or crises that will try our character. Bad things can happen to gd people , and being in the wrong place at just the right time can bring a life-changing moment.

God wants us to learn from our mistakes & determine to change by making wise choices. Sometimes it takes suffering the consequences of a poor choice to motivate us to make better ones.

Boys stop crying, no point crying over spill milk. I know how u all feel.... Boys u had done very well, u do us proud. Lets us face the defeat n play ur best for tue match okie. Thru defeat , it will make u stronger n tougher. Lord, strengthen my boys n let them stand up stronger. When they are weak, they are strong! Lord, build them up n give them the fighting spirit, never give up attitude. Jesus , bless them!

Boys when u wept, it hurts me deeply............... In a game, there must be a winner n a loser. Well i learnt something from this game. Lord, i believe there is a reason behind everything. What is the most difficult thing that u cant let go? Has anyone tot of tat b4? Is just like tearing u apart... so unbearable, so hurting. It might look okie at the outside but the inside is shattered. Lord, tell me how can i just let go..... let it go... It easy to say than done. Probably it takes time n time will tell. Sometimes i was wondering, am i a perfectionalist?? I wan the Best of everything. But how can i be perfect as i am a human? Only one person is perfect, blameless n that is Jesus! Lord, why do i feel this way? I hated this feeling. Help me Lord! I wan to see the spirit of excellence. Every victory is Yours n is not mine.
