Time to update my blog... Hmm.. wat a Sunday! Superlong hrs.... But lord, i just wanna thank You for sustaining me. Thank You Thank You! Lord, u know my desire, my dream n my goal... if is ur will, open doors for me.

Dont leave me unless You bless me! Every trial n obstacles is a test from You..... You are moulding me n prepare me for higher level... Jesus i am believing for an impossibe thing that You can make it possible!!! Cos You are a possible n Champion God!

Thank God, finally im back to myself! U know wat i mean... yeah my Lord! I had been struggling, hiaz.. haiz.. fatique n restlessness in me. My mind wanna move but my body simply wont move! Arhhh.. Yes, i finally kick my butt & do my usual work out. Oh yes, i need to eat healthy cos i had been eating unhealthy food.

After exercising, i realised that exercise really made me feel better. Makes me feel alive!!! Im alive!
haha... yes, i love it! The aching feeeling n the pain when exercise or work out, yeah lotsa of work done, hehe.. i like it!!!

I cherished the days when i was in dragon boat. Although was tough n so shack out, yet im fitter n clothes that i wore made it tighter. As well as neck n shoulder aching like mad!!! Ha, that the price for it, Think back was crazy n nuts! Lord, i can do all things thru Christ! Thank You for sustaining n establishing me always.

Lord, You are my role model!!!
