Ways to slim down with flat n tonned abs.
I always tell ppl, if u wanna achieve that, diet is the KEY!!!
Never eat too full, let say about half or three quater full will do, pls don be greedy if not the excess food will turn to fats. :P
Adopt 4 to 5 smaller meals a day. Do not snacks and eat all sorts of junk food n plssss no supper!
Don't go out for meals or supermarket with empty stomach, becos ppl will tend to order or buy more food, esp unhealthy food! No more prata, fried kway teow , etc..... u know what i mean ya :P..... cut down on that! Eat moderately n wisely

Choose healthy food like high fiber food, low calories food. Drink fresh fruits juices n plently of plain water. No soft drink cos there are too much sugar! No canned food or instant noodles becos these are all processed food. All bad for health...
Eat fruits before a meal would be better.

N of cos, pls exercise regularly. Do more cardio like running etc... Do lot n lot of crunches until it is fatigue.
What i can say is Discipline, Discipline n Discipline! No pain no Gain! Persevere , endure and hang on to what u wan , there will be results! Effort= results!!!
